RETURNS

We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases at Maison MHD. If, for any reason, you are not content with your order, we provide a return policy to make the process as smooth as possible. Below are the key points of our return policy:

• Return Period: You have the right to return your products within 14 days of receipt. The return period starts on the day you received the package.

• Return Conditions: The returned products must be in unused and saleable condition, including all original labels, packaging, and accessories. Please ensure that the products are well-packaged to prevent damage during the return transport.

• Return Process: To request a return, send an email to returns@maisonmhd.nl with the following information: (a) your name, (b) order number, (c) reason for returning, and (d) the products you want to return. Our customer service team will then provide you with further instructions and the return address.

• Return Costs: The costs of returning the products are at your expense unless the return is a result of our error, such as a wrongly delivered or damaged product.

• Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used when placing your order, unless otherwise agreed.

Note: Please be aware that we do not accept returns for products with removed labels.
