2. Prices and Payment

2.1 All prices listed are in Euros and inclusive of VAT.

2.2 Payment must be made through the offered payment methods during the ordering process.

3. Shipping and Delivery

4. Returns

4.1 Consult our return policy for information on returning products.

5. Warranty

5.1 Maison MHD guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and the specified specifications.

6. Liability

6.1 Our liability is limited to the price of the respective product.

6.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual property rights related to the products belong to Maison MHD.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 In case of force majeure, we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations.

9. Complaints

9.1 Complaints about products or the execution of the agreement must be submitted to us in writing within a reasonable time after discovery.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

10.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.

10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Maison MHD is established.
